Sickness Has Hit! On Guard for the Win!

Has your family been hit with what is going around? Sore throat, cough, fever? Our family is in the midst of it and I am so thankful for a friend sharing some samples and great information with me. I wanted to make sure to pass it along to you! Even though we have been sick with what is going around, ours has definitely been a more milder case and I truly believe it is due to oils and healthy eating.

Have you heard of On Guard? I actually had some sitting in my home, but wasn't quite sure what to do with it! Crazy me!!

On Guard is a protective blend of: Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils.

Supports the immune and respiratory systems*

Ways to use:

1. Take a drop under the tongue or with a spoonful of raw, local honey to soothe an irritated throat.

2. Apply on the bottom of feet every morning and night to support your immune system. The pores on the bottom of our feet are much larger and the oil is absorbed into the bloodstream quickly. Dilute with a carrier oil for young or sensitive skin.

3. Diffuse 4-6 drops to purify the air and support healthy immune function. (Great when guests are visiting, or during the night to support your body aromatically).

4. Slice 1-2 apples and soak in water with 1-2 drops of On Guard for 10 minutes. Drain water and enjoy a healthy, immune boosting snack.
